How can I connect to my application?
When you signed up, you picked an address that looks like yourcompany.eslip.com. This URL points to the web page from which you and your authorized employees can log in to your application. If you've just signed up, use the temporary email we've sent you by email.
How can I use SSL?
By the end of 2011, you'll be able to use your address yourcompany.eslip.com and be connected in SSL automatically. In the meantime, you can already use SSL by connecting to your account via the URL https://e-slip.appspot.com/?dom=yourcompany (replace "yourcompany" with your actual account name).
How are you different from the competition?
The full integration between timesheets, expenses, and invoices makes it easy to bill your clients and projects in seconds without any manual calculations.
eSlip's interface is 100% based on AJAX, which means it has windows (like in a real desktop application) and never needs to reload a page. Everything is done in the background at a high speed.
Our infrastructure is based on Google's cloud, which means high reliability and fast access from anywhere in the world.
Having starting as a French company, eSlip is great for international companies, with multiple currencies, tax systems, and languages fully integrated into our system. Not to mention our printing centers in the US and Europe.
You can send my invoices by post?
Yes. We currently use two printing centers in the US and in France, managed by a worldwide leader in the field, Esker Inc. With this your invoices can reach every country in the world in just a few days (of course you can also send them by email or by fax from the application).
Prices are extremely competitive and start at $0.88 in the US (including stamp), and €0.99 in France, for a black and white invoice. Note that these prices are subject to change at any time.
You say that I can sign up for free. Is this a trial version?
No! It is not a limited-time trial. Under the free Discovery Plan, you can create an unlimited number of invoices, without any limit in time, as long as you are below 3 users and 5 clients. Once you need to go beyond these limits, you can select one of our more advanced plans. And if you choose to stop your subscription at any time, your data will still be accessible.
